Musicolor - Sangeet Sandhya
Music, masti and dance was the order of the day when mumbai based music troupe Musicolor performed at Hotel Karl Residency at Irla on saturday. Singers Sarita Rajesh, Srikant Narayan and Anand Bahal enthralled the gathered audience with timeless hits of yore with the able support of musicians like Nilesh Devasthali (Synthesizer), Satish Niwaskar (Lead Guitar), Vinay Mathre (Octopad), Prasad Malankar (Tabla) and Jaisingh (Congo/dholak). An ensemble of timeless gems like Dil ka bhawar kare pukar, Bahon mein chale aao, Pal bhar mein ye, Dil pukare, Aaj kal tere mere pyar, O hansini, Ae dile nadaan, Tum jo mil gaye ho, Chandan sabadan, Dil tadap tadap were rendered amist thunderous applause. Host Prashant Rao kept the guests in splits with his hilarious rapartees and brilliant sense of humour. The event organised by Arvind Karia and his close friends turned out to be a smash hit !
